About Course

This friendly and low-pressure course is designed to help people dealing with moderate to significant anxiety live well! Course leader, Emily, has run a YouTube channel since 2014 supporting people with anxiety disorders, drawing on her own experiences of panic disorder, OCD, generalised anxiety disorder and agoraphobia. Emily has come a long, long way in her own anxiety journey and shares her lessons from living with anxiety in this small-group virtual course. She is lively, warm, accepting and deeply caring, and with a COSCA certificate in counselling, she takes a participant-centred approach to group facilitation. And best of all, she’ll never tell you what’s right for you! Emily knows you’re the expert on yourself and your anxiety.

Course overview

The Good Life School is a new project working to help people understand themselves better in our wider contexts so that we can each have a good shot at living content, healthy and connected lives.

We are currently developing the course Living with Anxiety and will be piloting it in early summer 2020, before releasing it by autumn.

If you’re interested in being a beta-tester or joining the fully polished version, sign up to our newsletter and we’ll keep you in the loop (we promise not to spam you!).
